Regional Historic Heritage Grant

The owners of Marino Gardens thank Auckland Council for their generous support through the Regional Historic Heritage Grant programme. This funding has enabled us to take vital steps towards the preservation of our heritage-listed 1930s Art Deco apartment complex, beginning with the restoration of our beautiful tiled roof.

This contribution not only safeguards a rare example of early multi-unit residential architecture in central Auckland but also helps us honour the original design intent of this urban garden haven for future generations.
